PEPPI
is designed to take the raw beginner from their first tentative
steps in radio control model flying up to BMFA 'B' certificate
standard without a lot of the anxiety associated with more
conventionally constructed models. EPP, as most modellers
know, is a very resilient material and models built using
it take an awful lot of punishment before they finally break.
Designed around the economically priced 20 to 32 cu in (3.2cc
- 5.3cc) sized engines PEPPI is capable of a wide range of
aerobatic manoeuvres including loops rolls and sustained inverted
flight. Another bonus in addition to PEPPI's 'bounceability'
is the relatively short build time over equivalent wood /
foam kits. The economically priced, fully furnished kit contains
all the necessary hardware (tank, wheels engine mount etc.)
and the base covering tape.
Two
versions of the kit are available; a Basic Trainer version
(rudder elevator only) and Sports version (rudder, elevator
and ailerons). An aileron wing kit is also available for those
wishing to upgrade from the basic trainer to sports version
at a later date.
