Description
Following
on from the success of the PEPPI
is the KERFUFFLE a low wing sports aerobatic EPP
model for 25 to 46 size engines. The Kerfuffle
is an attractive model with a Cap / Extra look about it
and from a short distance it is not immediately recognisable
as EPP! With the economically priced MDS 38 as the
power unit the performance is eyecatching!
Snappy rolls, horizontal eights, inverted spins knife edge
etc. etc. are all within its capabilities. Touch and goes
are a real pleasure as ground handling is excellent. Being
EPP and having EPP durability Kerfuffle
encourages you to practise those manoeuvres you would think
twice about with a wood / foam model - safely of course!
For those modellers graduating from their high wing trainers
the performance on an MDS 28 is more than adequate.
Build time is a quarter to a third that of an equivalent
wood / foam kit.
On
a personal note it is a long time since I became really
besotted with flying a model but the Kerfuffle
has been known to drag me away from going sloping when the
wind was perfect!
PS
It will even have a cowl.
PPS.
Prototypes have been proof tested! Result
- 5 'arrivals' 3 broken props 2 damaged cowls, 2 broken
tailskids (now 3mm instead of 1.5mm ply)! and we are very
pleased with the MDS engines.
